Terms of Service

The terms that govern your organization's access to and use of the WorkForce platform and this website.

Last updated 16 September 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, registering a tenant, or otherwise accessing WorkForce, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

WorkForce is a modular workforce management platform — time & attendance, leave, timesheets, employee management, projects, expenses, performance, training/assets, and AI assistance & translation — offered as independent modules your organization can enable individually. Collaboration features such as team chat, calling, video conferencing and the shared calendar are part of the core service included with every plan, not a separately enabled module.

Accounts & responsibilities

Your organization's administrator is responsible for the accounts, roles and permissions they create, for the accuracy of data entered, and for keeping login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & modules

Access to each module is governed by your organization's subscription and the module entitlements your plan includes. Pricing shown on this site is indicative; no subscription is binding until confirmed in a signed order or quote with our team.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to store or process unlawful content, attempt to circumvent its security or permission controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or disrupt other tenants. We may suspend access for a clear violation of this section.

Your data

Your organization owns the data it enters into WorkForce. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not use it to train models or share it with other tenants.

Intellectual property

WorkForce's software, design and branding remain the property of Digital Log SRL. These Terms grant your organization a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.

Availability & support

We work to keep the service reliable and will publish a formal service-level commitment ahead of general availability. During this pre-launch period, features and availability may change as the platform matures.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees paid for the relevant subscription period, excluding indirect or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any unresolved dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.

Term, changes & contact

These Terms apply for as long as your organization has an active subscription; we may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, including the Acceptable Use section. We may update these Terms as the platform evolves and will notify tenant administrators of material changes. Questions? Reach us through our Contact page.
