Why modular, why now
Most workforce platforms make you buy the whole suite to get the one feature you actually need. We built WorkForce the other way around: ten independent modules — attendance, leave, timesheets, HR & employee records, projects, expenses, performance, training & assets, AI assistance & translation, and AI meeting notes — that share one secure, audit-ready foundation. That foundation already includes team chat, calling, self-hosted live video conferencing and a shared calendar for every plan — no separate collaboration tool to buy or bolt on.
That foundation is not an afterthought. Multi-tenant isolation, backend-enforced permissions, server-authoritative timestamps and an append-only audit trail are built into the platform's core, so every module inherits the same security and compliance posture from day one.

Attendance is always timestamped by the server — never trusted from a device clock.
History is preserved, not overwritten
HR and attendance records keep their original values; corrections are additive, visible and approved.
Activity is not a performance score
Logged work and repository activity are kept structurally separate from performance ratings.
AI suggests, people decide
AI-assisted suggestions are never auto-submitted — a person always confirms before anything is recorded.
Tenant boundaries are absolute
No request, query or report can cross a tenant or company boundary it wasn't scoped for.
